Dr. Mike Evans (right here in Toronto) shares the single best preventative thing you can do for your health. I first heard this lecture earlier this year on his podcast, 23 1/2 Hours, and it has indeed changed the way I think about prevention and exercise (just a little every day…), but the whiteboard illustration truly brings it to life.
